Prince William Pub spends the Day at the Well Project

The colleagues from the Prince William Pub at Whitwood spent the day at the Well @ Haw Hill Park on 22nd June 2016 as part of their CSR (Corporate social responsibility).

They completely stripped out the food bank, redecorated it, re-organised the shelving to make more space and then restocked the shelves putting it all in date order to ensure waste of food is kept to a minimum.  They re-organised the clothing bank, sorting through everything first, to make it easier for our volunteers to access, in turn helping people in need more efficiently.

From the pictures you can see they painted our Bike Library container too making it fit in more with the environment.  The speed in which everyone worked was amazing and everybody worked hard all day finishing off with a quick game of football.

Without the help of the team from Prince William, the Well Colleagues and Volunteers would not get a chance to do this work, it would take us all weeks and weeks to do it in between everything else.  A huge thanks to the whole team for their hard work.
